Payment, Fees, & Insurance

My private (self-pay) rate is $100 per each session lasting 53–60 minutes.

If you plan to use insurance, your cost will depend on your specific plan.

I am partnered with platforms such as Alma, Headway, Rula, and EAPs to manage billing and benefits.

• Depending on your insurance provider or EAP, you will be connected to the appropriate platform, and a personalized link for scheduling, paperwork, and payment will be sent directly to your email.

Please keep in mind that I have no role in deciding what your insurance covers. Please check your coverage, deductibles, payment rates, copays, and sessions allowed for the year.

• Many clients have a copay, which is a set fee you pay for each session, while others may have a deductible, meaning you’ll pay the full session cost out-of-pocket until your deductible is met. Once your deductible is satisfied, your insurance may begin covering part or all of the session cost, depending on your benefits.

Cash and checks are not accepted.

All clients are required to keep a valid card on file for payment of services and any applicable fees.

Please try not to miss sessions if you can possibly help it.

When you must cancel, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

If a client does not appear (no-shows) for a scheduled appointment or cancels inside of 24 hours, they may be subject to a charge billed for the full fee session.

This fee helps protect the reserved time for all clients and supports consistent scheduling.

In the case I am subpoenaed to appear in court – whether I testify or not– I charge my full standard fee for Court Related work of $250/hour of my professional time.

Any of my time dedicated to any court-related appearance including preparing documentation, discussions with lawyers and/or a guardian ad litem in connection with the court appearance, any time spent waiting at the court house, in addition to time on the stand, and any travel time will be billed at $250 per hour.
