Individual Counseling (age 13+)
I provide one-on-one telecounseling services for teens and adults in the state of GA.

Telehealth tends to be most appropriate for individuals experiencing mild to moderate symptoms, rather than those in crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts. It is best suited for clients who feel comfortable using technology and have access to a quiet, private space for their sessions.
-
I work exclusively with individuals aged 13 and older and do not provide services for families or couples.
I do not conduct child custody evaluations or make custody recommendations.
I also do not provide treatment for eating disorders, psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder), or personality disorders.
In accordance with state licensing laws, I can only provide therapy and counseling to individuals residing in Georgia.
-
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I help clients manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. My approach is eclectic, person-centered, and strength-based, emphasizing empathy, personal growth, and identifying your existing strengths. I also integrate feminist, humanistic, and multicultural perspectives, ensuring therapy is empowering, culturally aware, and responsive to your life experiences. Together, we work to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and capable of meaningful change.
-
I provide counseling and support for a wide range of concerns that impact daily life, relationships, and overall wellbeing. This includes stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image, and self-esteem. I also work with clients navigating career challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, coping skills, family conflict, and relationship or peer difficulties. Additionally, I provide services for school-related challenges, trauma and PTSD, veteran and military support, and women’s issues.
No matter the concern, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences.
