I provide one-on-one (individual) virtual professional counseling for adults (18+) who reside in the state of Georgia. To make therapy more accessible and fit your schedule, I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments.

Telehealth tends to be most appropriate for individuals experiencing mild to moderate symptoms, rather than those in crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts. It is best suited for clients who feel comfortable using technology and have access to a quiet, private space for their sessions.
-
I take a flexible, personalized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which supports accepting difficult experiences while taking action guided by your values
Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), which emphasizes a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which teaches skills for managing emotions, coping with distress, and improving relationships
By blending these approaches, we’ll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels supportive and tailored to you.

I work exclusively with individuals aged 18 and older and do not provide services for families or couples.
I do not conduct child custody evaluations or make custody recommendations.
I also do not provide treatment for severe feeding/eating disorders, psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder).
In accordance with state licensing laws, I can only provide therapy and counseling to individuals in Georgia.
-
I support clients who may be navigating the challenges of everyday life, relationships, and personal growth. This includes concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, self-doubt, and self-esteem, as well as struggles with identity, boundaries, and confidence.
I also work with individuals facing life transitions, career or school pressures, relationship and friendship challenges, family conflict, and the impact of trauma or difficult past experiences.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can be a space to sort through it all.

Getting Started
#1 Submit an appointment request form to get started.
Complete the Appointment Request Form so I can learn more about your needs and determine whether my services are a good fit for you. I typically review all requests and respond within 48 hours. After reviewing your request, I will contact you to discuss next steps. You may choose to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation or move directly to an intake appointment. If I believe another provider would better meet your needs, I will provide appropriate referrals and resources.
#2 Complete required paperwork.
Before we can schedule your first intake appointment, you will receive assessments, electronic forms, and consent documents covering your background information, practice policies, privacy notices, payment details, and insurance information. Completing these forms ahead of time helps us make the most of our first session together by allowing us to focus on getting to know you and understanding your needs. All paperwork must be submitted at least 4 business days before your desired appointment date.
#3 Confirm your appointment.
Once all required paperwork has been received, your appointment will be scheduled and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and a secure telehealth link. All services are provided virtually through telehealth.
#4 Attend your intake session.
During our first appointment, we will get to know one another, discuss your concerns and goals, answer any questions you may have, and gather the information needed to develop a personalized treatment plan.
#5 Begin your therapy journey.
Following your intake appointment, we will review your goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will identify areas of focus, develop practical strategies, and establish a schedule for ongoing sessions. As therapy progresses, we will regularly evaluate your progress and adjust treatment as needed to support your growth and well-being.
